I wish someone had asked the person with the “cut taxes not defense” exactly how we would pay for our near trillion-dollars-per-year defense budget (which doesn’t include large bits of Iraq and Afghanistan funding, much less medical treatment estimates for the troops when they get back) with less or no taxes at all.
