I’ve read that in Texas, the asshole in the left lane not passing anyone can get a ticket. If this is true, I shall take back several of the bad things I’ve said about Texas (though I shall continue to “mess with” it—because I enjoy don’t what inane bumper stickers tell me not to do.)
