But seriously, I love how the proposed solution to congestion problems was to create a massive tri-level underground road system, instead of the more simple task of regulating or eliminating the automobile. The people had the right idea - they wanted a world in which cars were unseen.  But even more seriously, freight tubes is a brilliant idea. Also, I like the idea that, if you’re going to keep cars around, separate the slow idiot drivers from people who know what they’re doing.
